1. About Us Tonic & Thyme Limited is a New Zealand registered company (Company No. 9445450, NZBN: 9429053822918) operating an online skincare store at www.tonicandthyme.co.nz.
2. Products All products are handcrafted in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. Product descriptions, ingredients, and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to update formulations and packaging.
3. Orders By placing an order, you confirm you are legally able to enter a contract. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Prices at the time of your order confirmation are final.
5. Shipping Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. NZ standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Rural addresses may take longer. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns & Refunds We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition. Personal care products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
7. Skin & Health Disclaimer Our products are cosmetic formulations intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always patch test before use. If you experience irritation, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
