How to use

After shampooing, apply a small amount to wet hair, focusing on lighter or yellow-toned sections. Distribute evenly, rinse thoroughly and follow with conditioner. Test on a discreet strand first to assess colour pickup. Follow the contact-time directions on the finished product label.

Good to know

Violet pigment works on yellow tones, not strong orange or copper shades; it does not reverse greying or permanently colour hair. Results depend on shade, porosity, prior colouring and contact time. Very pale or porous strands may pick up violet. Avoid use on an irritated or broken scalp. If your scalp is affected by chemotherapy, radiation or other treatment, check with your treating team before using toning products. For hair only; avoid the eyes, eyebrows and eyelashes. May stain fabrics or porous surfaces. Stop use if irritation occurs.
